sec.13C Defence to prosecution under s 13B
It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence under section 13B , in relation to a computer game the director reasonably believes will be published in Queensland, for the defendant to prove that the defendant did not intend to publish, or authorise or cause someone else to publish, the publication in the State. s 13C ins 1996 No. 56 s 55 amd 2003 No. 94 s 18 ; 2017 No. 17 s 37
