Plain English Summary

4/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a prior class instrument and sets which groups are treated as a Class GD Temporary Work (International Relations) visa cohort. It lists specific categories—Fulbright scholars, Pacific Microstates pilot participants, persons entitled to privileges under two international‑relations Acts, and diplomatic/official/service passport holders with a government support note—who are expected to be recommended by the Foreign Minister. It matters because it changes who can be processed under that visa pathway and builds in ministerial recommendation and documentary support requirements.
