These Rules of Court may be cited as the Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Amendment Rules 2015 .

These Rules amend the Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Rules 1991 by updating the schedule of fees charged for court execution procedures. They take effect seven days after their notification in the Gazette and are incorporated into the authorised 1991 Rules.
They affect anyone using court enforcement (creditors, debtors, enforcement officers and court registries): the fee schedule determines who pays for enforcement actions and can influence whether parties pursue court execution. The instrument was made and signed by members of the Court and is administered by the Department of Justice (see commencement and publication).

These Rules of Court may be cited as the Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Amendment Rules 2015 .
These Rules of Court take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
The amendment effected by this rule has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Rules 1991 .
