Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Rules 1991 to alter the schedule of court fees charged for execution in civil proceedings. The amendment takes effect seven days after its Gazette notice. It affects persons required to pay execution fees (those enforcing or subject to enforcement of judgments) and the Department of Justice, which administers the rules. The changes are incorporated into the authorised 1991 Rules.
