sec.8 Registrar to remit amounts received or notify securities deposited
As soon as practicable after an amount is paid into court, the registrar must remit the amount to the chief executive for payment into the court suitors fund. As soon as practicable after securities are deposited into court, the registrar must give written notice of the deposit to the chief executive.
