sec.38 Applications for payment out order
This section applies in relation to an application to the court made under section 31 of the repealed regulation that, on the commencement, had not been finally dealt with. The court may deal with the application under section 27 as if it had been made under that section. (sec.38-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to an application to the court made under section 31 of the repealed regulation that, on the commencement, had not been finally dealt with.
