sec.36 Requests for information about money or securities in court
This section applies in relation to a request for information made before the commencement under section 29 of the repealed regulation. Section 24(4) to (7) applies in relation to the request to the extent the registrar did not give the information under section 29 of the repealed regulation before the commencement. (sec.36-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a request for information made before the commencement under section 29 of the repealed regulation.
