sec.12 Securities acquired using money or securities in court
This section applies if securities are acquired using money in court or securities in court. Unless a court orders otherwise, the chief executive must credit the acquired securities to the same proceeding or account to which the money in court or securities in court are credited. (sec.12-ssec.1) This section applies if securities are acquired using money in court or securities in court.
