#### 8 When fees become due 8 When fees become due > > (1) A fee imposed by Schedule 1 or 2 (other than a hearing allocation fee or hearing fee) becomes due when the document concerned is filed or the service concerned is rendered. > > > (2) Despite subclause (1), a registrar who is requested to file a document or render a service may require the fee to be paid before the document is filed or the service rendered.
