#### 11 General power to waive, postpone and remit fees 11 General power to waive, postpone and remit fees > > (1) The registrar of the court may, by order in writing, direct that the whole or part of a fee payable to the registrar be waived, postponed or remitted, subject to any conditions the registrar thinks fit to impose. > > > (2) The Sheriff may, by order in writing, direct that the whole or part of a fee payable to the Sheriff be waived, postponed or remitted, subject to any conditions the Sheriff thinks fit to impose. > > > (3) The powers conferred by this clause are to be exercised in accordance with any guidelines published by the Attorney General.
