sch.2-sec.12 Greater weight to assessments based on AMA 5
This section does not apply to a medical assessment of scarring or of a mental disorder. In assessing an ISV, a court must give greater weight to a medical assessment of a whole person impairment percentage based on the criteria for the assessment of whole person impairment provided under AMA 5 than to a medical assessment of a whole person impairment percentage not based on the criteria. (sch.2-sec.12-ssec.1) This section does not apply to a medical assessment of scarring or of a mental disorder.
