For section 75(1)(b) of the Act , the base amount fixed for section 62 (2) (a) of the Act , for the 2026–2027 financial year, for an injury scale value stated in column 1 of the following table is the amount (if any) stated in column 2 of the table opposite the injury scale value. Also, for section 75(1) (b) of the Act , the variable amount fixed for section 62 (2) (b) and (3) of the Act , for the 2026–2027 financial year, for an injury scale value stated in column 1 of the following table is the amount worked out in the way stated in column 3 of the table opposite the injury scale value.
