78 Court’s power to enforce compliance with pt 5.2 and
pt 5.3
(1) If a party (the first party) fails to comply with a duty imposed under
part 5.2 or part 5.3, the court may, on the application of a party to
whom the duty is owed, order the first party to take stated action to
remedy the noncompliance within a time stated by the court.
(2) The court may make consequential or ancillary orders, including
orders about costs.
