74 Offence—failure to give document, film or information A person commits an offence if the person— (a) is a party for a motor accident claim; and (b) is obliged to give a document, surveillance film or information under this chapter; and (c) does not give the document, film or information in the way required under this chapter. Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
