66 Cost of expert report obtained by agreement (1) If an expert report is obtained by agreement between a respondent and a claimant and the claimant is liable for the cost of obtaining the report, the respondent must, at the claimant’s request, reimburse the claimant for the reasonable cost of obtaining the report. (2) However, a claimant’s right to reimbursement under this section is subject to any agreement between the claimant and the respondent.
