258 Offer amendments
Law (Wrongs) Amendment Act 2024 about offers to make amends
(the offer amendments).
(2) The offer amendments apply to offers to make amends made on or
after the commencement day, regardless of whether the offers relate
to publications occurring before, on or after that day.
(3) The existing law continues to apply, despite the offer amendments, to
offers to make amends made before the commencement day.
