22 Effect of pt 2.5 (1) This part does not— (a) affect any criminal proceeding against a person in relation to an act or omission; or (b) make enforceable an agreement for indemnity that would not have been enforceable if this part had not been enacted. (2) This part has effect subject to the Building Act 2004, part 9 (Limitation of liability).
