212 Abolition of action of cattle-trespass
(1) The common law action of cattle-trespass is abolished.
(2) This section does not affect—
(a) the common law action for trespass committed by a person by
means of cattle; or
(b) the law relating to liability of an occupier of land for damages
for tort for the death of, or injury to, cattle trespassing on the
land.
