197 Costs of neutral evaluation
The costs of a mediation or neutral evaluation are payable—
(a) by the parties to the proceeding, in the proportions they agree
among themselves; or
(b) if a tribunal makes an order about the payment of the costs—by
1 or more of the parties, in the way stated in the order.
