191 Purpose of pt 15.1 etc (1) The purpose of this part is to enable a tribunal to refer matters for mediation or neutral evaluation. (2) This part does not prevent the parties to a proceeding from agreeing to, and arranging for, mediation or neutral evaluation of any matter otherwise than under this part.
