180 Definitions—pt 14.1 costs do not include— (a) disbursements that are charges for services other than legal services; or (b) disbursements that are counsel’s fees on a brief to appear in an action; or (c) any other disbursements. court includes a tribunal or arbitrator. personal injury damages means damages that relate to the death of, or injury to, a person caused by someone else’s wrongful act or omission (whether or not an offence).
