165 Notice of increased charge for transport of certain animals (1) If a common carrier sets an increased charge for the transport of animals, the carrier must clearly display, in a public part of the place where an animal is received for transport, a legible notice setting out any increased charge for the transport of the animal if the animal’s value is more than the default value.
