114C Unincorporated bodies
(1) This part applies to an unincorporated body regardless of whether the
body has—
(a) a written constitution or fixed membership; or
(b) any other particular attribute.
(2) Anything an unincorporated body may do, or is required to do, under
this part may be done by any management member of the body.
management member, of an unincorporated body, means—
(a) a member of the body’s management committee (however
described); or
(b) if the body does not have a management committee—a person
who takes part in, or who could take part in or exercise control
over, the management of the body, regardless of the person’s
title or position.
