107J Including non-party concurrent wrongdoer
(1) In a proceeding in a court involving an apportionable claim, any
number of people may be included as defendants.
(2) However, a person may be included as a defendant only with the
court’s leave.
(3) The court must not give leave for a person to be included as a
defendant if the person was a party to a previously concluded
proceeding in relation to the claim.
