107D Concurrent wrongdoers
(1) For this chapter, a concurrent wrongdoer, for a claim, is 1 of 2 or
more people whose acts or omissions (or act or omission) caused,
independently of each other or jointly, the loss or damage the subject
of the claim.
(2) For this chapter, it does not matter that a concurrent wrongdoer is
insolvent, is being wound up or has ceased to exist or died.
