436 Application—pt 4.7
(1) This part does not—
(a) apply to—
(i) a residential tenancy agreement under the Residential
(ii) a lease under the Leases (Commercial and Retail)
Act 2001; or
(iii) a residence contract under the Retirement Villages
Act 2012; or
(2) Subsection (1) (b) has effect despite the Legislation Act, section 121
