427 Notices under s 426 (1)
(1) A notice under section 426 (1) must be in writing.
(2) If the lessee is not in the ACT, the notice may be given to the lessee
by serving it personally on the lessee’s lawyer or agent in the ACT.
(3) Subsection (2) does not limit any other territory law that allows
service of the notice in another way.
