lease includes—
(a) a sublease; and
(b) an agreement for a lease if the person to be the lessee is entitled
to have the lease granted.
lessee includes a sublessee.
lessor includes a sublessor.
sublease includes an agreement for a sublease if the person to be the
sublessee is entitled to have the sublease granted.
