423 Waiver of benefit of lease provision If a lessor waives the benefit of a provision of the lease in a particular instance, the waiver is not taken— (a) to extend to an instance, or a breach of a provision of the lease, other than that to which the waiver specially relates; or (b) to operate as a general waiver of the benefit of the provision.
