416 Limit on relief
The Supreme Court must not grant relief to a person under this part
in relation to a lease if—
(a) the court has already granted relief to the person under the part
in relation to the same provision of the lease; or
(b) a forfeiture of the lease under the same provision has already
been waived for the person other than in a court proceeding.
