414 Relief against forfeiture for failure to insure
(1) The Supreme Court may, on application by a lessee under a lease,
grant the lessee relief against forfeiture of the lease for breach of a
provision of the lease requiring the lessee to insure the leased property
against loss or damage if—
(a) no loss or damage to which the insurance would have applied
has happened; and
(b) insurance of the kind required by the lease is in effect at the time
of the application.
(2) The Supreme Court may grant the relief on conditions.
