408 Renewal of leases for people not amenable to process
(a) a person who is outside the ACT, and not amenable to the
process of the Supreme Court, could be compelled to renew a
lease if the person were in the ACT and amenable to the process
of the court; and
(b) the person (or any of the people) entitled to the renewal of the
lease applies to the Supreme Court for the renewal.
