406 Costs of lease authorisation application for child (1) If an order is made under section 405 (2) in relation to a lease for a child, the costs of the order must be paid from the child’s property as the Supreme Court orders. (2) The costs of an order mentioned in subsection (1) include— (a) the costs of the application for the order; and Leases to and for children and for absent lessors Part 4.2 (b) the costs of surrendering the lease the child was entitled to; and (c) the costs of obtaining the substitute lease including any fine, premium or other amount paid for the lease.
