403 Renewal of headlease
(1) This section applies to a lease from which subleases have been
derived.
(2) If a lease is surrendered for renewal and a new lease is granted by the
head lessor without a surrender of 1 or more of the subleases, the new
lease is as valid for all purposes as if the subleases had been
surrendered for renewal at or before the grant of the new lease.
