313 Receiver to insure if required
(1) The mortgagee may, in writing, direct a receiver appointed under this
part to insure and keep insured from loss or damage all or a stated part
of the property included in the mortgage (whether or not a fixture) so
far as it is insurable.
(2) The receiver must comply with the direction.
