312 Commission to receiver (1) A receiver appointed under this part is not entitled to the payment of costs, charges or expenses but is instead entitled to a commission on the money received. (2) The commission to which the receiver is entitled is the amount, not more than 8% of the gross amount of all money received, stated in the receiver’s appointment or, if no amount is stated in the appointment, 4% of the gross amount.
