311 Ending appointment of receiver etc
(1) The power under this part to appoint a receiver includes power to end
the appointment and appoint someone else.
(2) The power to end the appointment of a receiver and appoint a new
receiver is exercisable in the same way, and under the same
conditions, as the power to make the first appointment.
(3) The Legislation Act, part 19.3 (which deals with appointments) does
not apply to the appointment of a receiver.
