310 Powers of receiver
(1) A person appointed as receiver under this part may demand and
recover all the income of which the person is appointed receiver, by
proceeding or otherwise, in the name of either the mortgagor or the
mortgagee to the full extent of the interest that the mortgagor could
dispose of.
(2) The person may give valid receipts for the income of which the person
is appointed receiver.
