307 Mortgagee may call for documents relating to property At any time after the power of sale under this part has become exercisable, the mortgagee may demand and recover from anyone (other than a person having an interest in the mortgaged property that has priority to the mortgage) every document relating to the property that a purchaser under the power of sale would have been entitled to demand and recover from the person.
