304 Purported exercise of power of sale
(1) If a sale is purportedly made under this part, the purchaser’s title must
not be questioned on the ground that—
(a) no circumstances had arisen to permit the sale; or
(b) the notice required by section 303 had not been given.
(2) If a person suffers loss because of an unauthorised sale under this part,
the person may recover damages from the mortgagee.
