267 Operation of part cannot be excluded etc (1) A provision of a contract for the sale of a unit, or any other agreement or arrangement, is void if it would, apart from this subsection, have the effect of excluding, changing or restricting the operation of this part. (2) This part does not affect any right or remedy available otherwise than under this part.
