251 Time when apportioned part is payable
An apportioned part of a payment mentioned in section 250 is payable
or recoverable—
(a) if the payment is a continuing payment—when the entire portion
of which the apportioned part forms part becomes payable; or
(b) if the payment is terminated by re-entry, death or otherwise—
when the next entire portion of the payment would have become
payable if it had not been terminated.
