243 Court may order partition of land held in co-ownership
If 2 or more people hold an interest in land as joint tenants or tenants
in common, the Supreme Court may, on an application made by 1 or
more of those people (the applicants)—
(a) order a partition of the interest in the land held by the applicants;
and
(b) make any further orders, and give any consequential directions,
it considers appropriate.
