241 Acquisitions of reversions at under value
(1) An acquisition of a reversionary interest in property honestly made
for money or moneys worth must not be set aside only because it was
made for less than full value.
(2) This section does not affect the jurisdiction of a court to set aside or
change unconscionable bargains.
(3) In this section:
reversionary interest includes an expectancy or possibility.
