239 Voluntary dispositions to defraud creditors voidable (1) A disposition of property made with intent to defraud creditors is voidable by a person prejudiced by the disposition. (2) However, this section does not apply to an interest in property disposed of to an honest purchaser who did not have, at the time of the disposition, notice of the intent to defraud creditors. (3) This section applies to a disposition of property made before or after the commencement of this section.
