222 How powers of appointment are to be exercised
(1) This section applies if a power of appointment by an instrument other
than a will is exercised by—
(a) a deed executed and attested in accordance with this Act or the
Corporations Act; or
(b) an instrument under the Land Titles Act 1925 executed and
attested in accordance with that Act.
(2) The deed or instrument is, in relation to the execution and attestation,
a valid exercise of the power, even though the instrument that creates
the power requires an additional or another form of execution or
attestation.
