218 Vesting orders made in error (a) a person with a life interest in property (the interest-holder) has been evicted from the property or deprived of the interest because of an order made by a court on the basis that the life interest has ended; and (b) in a later court proceeding the court is satisfied that the life interest has not ended, or had not ended when the order was made.
