218 Vesting orders made in error
(a) a person with a life interest in property (the interest-holder) has
been evicted from the property or deprived of the interest
because of an order made by a court on the basis that the life
interest has ended; and
(b) in a later court proceeding the court is satisfied that the life
interest has not ended, or had not ended when the order was
made.
(2) The court hearing the later proceeding may give the interest-holder
appropriate relief.
