#### 331 Application of Part 4B to Part 145 organisations—dealing with defects If: (a) a person who is the holder of a certificate of approval that covers maintenance for an aircraft makes a report to CASA under regulation 51, 51A or 52 in relation to a defect in the aircraft; and (b) after making the report, the person becomes a Part 145 organisation; Part 4B continues to apply to the person in relation to the defect.
