319Transitional: approval to manufacture amateur‑built aircraft

#### 319 Transitional: approval to manufacture amateur‑built aircraft (1) An approval to manufacture an amateur‑built aircraft that was in force under subparagraph 24(2)(b)(ii) immediately before 1 December 1998 continues in force, and has the effect that it would have if the original regulations were still in force. (2) An approval continued in force under subregulation (1) remains subject to any condition to which it was subject immediately before 1 December 1998. (3) If an application for approval to manufacture an amateur‑built aircraft mentioned in subparagraph 24(2)(b)(ii) was made before 1 December 1998 but CASA had not decided the application before that day, CASA must deal with the application as if the original regulations were still in force.
