#### 303 Conditions subject to which licences or certificates are granted (1) Wherever CASA is empowered under these Regulations to grant or issue a licence or certificate upon or subject to conditions, CASA may, unless the contrary intention appears, specify and notify in Civil Aviation Orders, or a Manual of Standards, or both, any such conditions that are to be of general application to a specified class of licences or certificates (which may include licences or certificates granted or issued before the notification) and any conditions so notified shall be deemed to be conditions of every licence or certificate of that class. (2) In this regulation: > licence includes: (a) a flight crew rating or endorsement; or (b) a balloon flight crew rating or balloon class endorsement within the meaning of subregulation 5.01(1).
